Every Love Note is saved in one private place, creating a growing collection your grandchild can return to for years. You can also save favorite photos and memories, with the option to create a printed keepsake book later.
🔒 Your information stays private
First names or nicknames are enough. Last names and home addresses are not required to set up love notes. For added security, please keep interests general, such as “soccer” or “drawing,” and leave out identifying information like school or team names and locations.
The profiles, photos, memories, and personal details you add are not public. Other Love, Grandma customers cannot see them.
The only information shared with a parent or caregiver is what is needed to request permission before Love Notes can be texted. They do not have access to your private dashboard, profiles, photos, or saved memories.
Your account is protected by your private sign-in. You remain in control of the profiles you create, the messages you send, and the memories you save.
