Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Love, Grandma, a service of LOVEUSENT LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Love, Grandma helps subscribers create and schedule encouraging messages for loved ones and save selected messages, photos, and memories in a private digital keepsake. Features may change as the service develops.

Text-message terms

Where texting is enabled, Love, Grandma may send recurring automated Love Notes and service-related messages to an approved telephone number. Message frequency varies. Regular Love Notes may be sent up to five days per week, with occasional additional messages for special days selected by the subscriber. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase by the message recipient. The recipient may decline or withdraw permission at any time. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Permission for minors

When a loved one is under 18, permission from an authorized parent or guardian is required. For children ages 0–12, Love Notes are delivered only to the parent or guardian to share with the child. For teens ages 13–17, the parent or guardian may choose to receive and share the Love Notes or authorize delivery directly to the teen. Recurring Love Notes will not be activated until the required permission and consent process is completed. A subscriber may request a permission text to the caregiver or adult recipient they enter; requested permission and service confirmations are separate from recurring Love Notes. Permission may be withdrawn at any time.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate information, protecting your account, and the content you submit. Do not use Love, Grandma for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or unsolicited communications, or to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Invited beta and payment practice

The current invited beta does not collect payments or activate paid subscriptions. Any payment screen is practice only: use the supplied fake details and do not enter a real payment card. Selected amounts and billing periods do not authorize charges or start automatic renewals.

Invited-beta delivery depends on the account’s testing eligibility, each recipient’s permission and applicable opt-out protections. A complimentary first-profile entitlement does not itself grant indefinite texting or make every future feature free.

Before paid billing is introduced, we will provide the applicable price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms and request your payment authorization. Withdrawing phone permission stops direct messages but does not automatically delete saved keepsake content. Account and data-removal requests may be sent to the contact below.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a dependable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery, exact delivery times, or permanent availability of every feature. Love Notes are personal communications and are not medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
